Patient Survey Results
The results below are from a voluntary independent survey given to our patients. Each person filled out the survey at home and then mailed it to Valmont Research for review. |
 |
The feedback in this report is based on 100 Patient Surveys that were confidentially filled out and then sealed and returned to Valmont Research. These results provide a snapshot of the patient population during the period of time the surveys were administered (Fall 2005). The surveys invited patients to rate their satisfaction with service, facilities, and staff; to assess courtesy, wait time, and other aspects of their experience; to provide positive and critical comments; and to identify their demographic characteristics.
Key highlights of the survey results are shown below.
100% of patients surveyed received a courtesy call before their appointment
99% of patients surveyed were greeted upon arrival in the office
98% of patients surveyed have their phone calls returned promptly
Over 90% of patients surveyed are "completely satisfied" in the following:
Parking Accessibility | Up-to-Date Facility and Equipment |
Cleanliness | Overall Environment and Atmosphere |
Health and Safety Precautions | Respect for and Protection of Privacy |
Courtesy and Professionalism of the Doctor |
On average, patients only have to wait 6 minutes past their appointment time before
being seen, and only 9% wait longer than they feel is reasonable
40% of patients surveyed were referred to this practice by another patient or relative |
